Indonesian pianist and composer Dwiki Dharmawan Invites us to experience, through Anagnorisis (a word derived from Greek and literally meaning “ Recognition “ ), an ambitious and profoundly luminous instrumental epic that weaves together musical traditions of various origins and a lineage tooe a richly hybrid jazz fusion where the sensibilities of Southeast Asia meet of these Middle East and Europe. Alongside Dwiki are inspired musicians such as Gilad Atzmon (saxophone, clarinet) and a quintet of Greek instrumentalists who energize each piece with their report.
